Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the above diagnostic criteria; 2. Clear consciousness and stable vital signs; 3. Course of disease: stroke recovery period (two weeks-half a year); 4. Aged 50-65 years; 5. Volunteer to participate in this study and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe cognitive disorders and communication disorders were excluded, and those who could not cooperate with examination and treatment were excluded; (MMSE illiterate group < 14, non-illiterate MK17); 2. Patients with coma, tracheotomy, serious organ dysfunction such as heart and kidney, and unstable vital signs; 3. Patients with dysphagia caused by other reasons; 4. Patients contraindicated by MRI examination; 5. Ear local skin infection and tape allergy.
