Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. American Association of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grade I-II; 2. Body mass index <= 30 kg/m2; 3. The patient signed the voluntary participation letter.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe liver, kidney and heart dysfunction; 2. Family history of psychosis; 3. Abnormal cognitive function or contraindication of laparoscopic surgery; 4. Coagulation function and immune dysfunction; 5. Complicated with other malignant tumor diseases or long-term use of sedatives and hypnotics.
