Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Hospital outpatients; aged >= 18 years; 2. Systolic blood pressure 130-159 mmHg; 3. Diastolic blood pressure 80-99 mmHg; 4. Can use smartphone and WeChat; 5. Continuous use of antihypertensive drugs in the past 3 months (both the type and dosage of medication have not changed); 6. Do not use glucocorticoids, immunosuppressive drugs or other drugs which may cause sodium retention in the past 3 months; 7. Can provied informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Suffering from acute or chronic diseases, epidemic infectious diseases, serious mental diseases and infectious diseases other than mild or moderate hypertension; 2. Have received surgery within 3 months or plan to receive surgery within 3 months; 3. Electrolyte disorder; 4. Severe urinary incontinence; 5. Pregnant women or nursing mothers; 6. Smoking.
