Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meets the diagnostic criteria of "the Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Heart Failure 2018"; 2. Aged not less than 18 years; 3. Consent to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Unable to participate in ultrasound function assessment due to illness; 2. Combined with phrenic nerve injury, neuromuscular junction disease, muscle weakness; 3. A history of of lobectomy; 4. A history of abdominal surgery within six months; 5. A history of thoracotomy within six months.
