Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The elderly refer to the international general standards, and patients in developing countries is aged >= 60 years; Hypertension diagnosis meets the criteria of "the Chinese Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Hypertension (2018 Revision)": 2. Night blood pressure: According to 2017 AHA/ACC guidelines,> 110/65 mmHg is night blood pressure; 3. If you have a history of hypertension, you are currently using antihypertensive drugs. Although the blood pressure is lower than 140/90 mmHg, you are also diagnosed with hypertension; 4. The patient is willing to cooperate with this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe heart failure; 2. Respiratory failure; 3. Severe pneumonia; 4. Sepsis; 5. Renal failure; 6. Advanced tumor; 7. Sleep apnea; 8. Serious mental illness; 9. Unable to take care of themselves in bed; 10. Patients with poor compliance.
