Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The included college students were all healthy adults who met the requirements. In this study, the criteria for included college students were as follows: 1. Full-time college students; 2. Voluntary participation in the experiment; 3. Filling in informed consent and reporting their physical and mental health.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The subjects met any of the following criteria were excluded: 1. With mental illness; 2. With suicidal tendencies; 3. Experienced major traumatic events; 4. Receiving psychological or psychiatric treatment; 5. Self-rating Depression Scale reached a moderate depression level; 6. Beak Self-rating Anxiety Scalereached a moderate anxiety level.
