Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 18 years; 2. ICU/orthopedic patients; 3. Stable vital signs; 4. Patients who need to detect venous blood D-dimer before admission or during hospitalization; 5. Good compliance, voluntary participation in this clinical trial, signing informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with known rheumatism and rheumatoid factor abnormalities; 2. Patients with known jaundice blood samples; 3. Known HAMA serum patients.
