18 Years to 75 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Stroke >= 3 months and = 18 points; MMSE (primary school) >= 21 points; MMSE (Middle school including technical secondary school) >= 23 points; MMSE (university) >= 24 points) and can cooperate in treatment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Suffer from serious complications, such as myocardial infarction, heart failure, unstable arrhythmia, severe liver and kidney disease, severe pneumonia, deep venous thrombosis; 2. Have other neurological diseases, such as dementia and Parkinson's disease; 3. Suffer from serious mental illness, such as schizophrenia or drug-refractory depression; 4. Have uncontrolled hypertension (systolic blood pressure>180 or diastolic blood pressure > 110 mmHg); 5. Have orthopedic diseases that restrict exercise training, such as fractures, severe arthritis or osteoporosis, limb contracture; 6. Accompanied with sensory aphasia or dyslexia, unable to understand and cooperate with the intervention content; 7. Living alone after discharge and not using smart phones.
