Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 18 years; 2. Population who underwent comprehensive cardiovascular risk assessment in the First Affiliated Hospital of Wenzhou Medical University; 3. Received coronary angiography or CTA; 4. Patients voluntarily participate and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with malignant tumors; 2. Patients with mental problems who are unable to cooperate; 3. Heart failure NYHA class IV; 4. LVEF < 30%; 5. Life expectancy with other serious diseases less than 2 years; 6. Within 6 months after cardiac revascularization or other cardiac surgery.
