Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria 1. Patients diagnosed with essential hypertension for the first time according to the Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Hypertension in Chinese Adults (2018 Edition); 2. Have not taken hypertension drugs, have not taken drugs affecting blood pressure in the last 3 months (such as oral contraceptives, etc.); 3. Aged 18-79 years; 4. Patients can understand the content of informed consent, mental health, communication barrier-free.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with diabetes mellitus were excluded; 2. Patients with severe acute and chronic diseases such as cardiovascular system, respiratory system, urinary system, nervous system, bone and motor system, blood and immune system, endocrine system, eye, ear, nose and throat; 3. Patients with infectious diseases or infectious diseases who are not suitable for enrollment; 4. Pregnant women or those preparing for pregnancy.
