Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. After MRI/CT and hormone examination, the patient was finally diagnosed as pituitary adenoma; 2. Tumor size: the tumor size is less than 3cm through CT examination; 3. Operation plan: transnasal neuroendoscopic pituitary tumor resection; 4. Aged <= 60 years; 5. Volunteer to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with other malignant tumors and severe infection; 2. Those with severe organ dysfunction; 3. Those who cannot communicate normally.
