18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-70 years, both sexes; 2. Those with missing dentition or defect requiring implant restoration; 3. There are no soft and hard tissue defects or lesions affecting implant implantation in the implant implantation area; 4. Subjects will participate voluntarily and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Poor general and nutritional status (for example, ALT/AST higher than 1.5 times the normal value); 2. Patients with uncontrolled endocrine and metabolic diseases (e.g., fasting blood glucose >= 8.0 mmol/L); 3. Patients with uncontrolled blood system diseases and cardiovascular diseases; 4. Systemic or local bone diseases are considered as contraindications of implant repair, such as bone tuberculosis and bone tumor; 5. Patients with systemic immune diseases and infectious diseases; 6. Long-term use of special drugs such as hormones, anticoagulants, bisphosphonates, etc.; 7. Pregnant or intending to be pregnant women of childbearing age and lactating women; 8. Patients with neurological diseases, such as epilepsy; 9. Patients with mental illness or mental disorders; 10. Pathological changes of jaw; 11. Pathological mucosal lesions; 12. Patients after radiotherapy for head and neck; 13. Patients with Sjogren syndrome; 14. Uncontrolled periodontal disease or poor oral hygiene; 15. Bad occlusal habits, bruxism, etc.; 16. Smoking more than 10 cigarettes per day; 17. Those who have participated in other clinical trials in the past three months; 18. Other conditions deemed inappropriate for trial participation by the investigator.
