40 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Men or non-pregnant women; 2. Aged >= 40 years and = 3 on at least one of five questions; 6. Unilateral knee involvement; 7. Understand Chinese and speak Mandarin Chinese; 8. No previous knee surgery and no accompanying other knee problems; 9. Volunteer to participate in this studytrial and provide written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of trauma and surgery on knee; 2. History of other treatment in last 6 months; 3. Have tumors, tuberculosis, osteomyelitis and other diseases in knee; 4. Have severe liver and kidney dysfunction, severe cardiovascular disease, diabetes mellitus and mental illness; 5. Suffer physical pain caused by other diseases; 6. Non-steroidal drug allergy; 7. Alcohol and drug abuse; 8. Voluntary withdrawal; 9. Have joint in another intervention study.
