Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Inclusion criteria for patients with colorectal cancer: (1) Newly diagnosed patients with colorectal cancer were confirmed by electronic colonoscopy and pathological diagnosis; (2) Aged 40-80 years; (3) Patients who have just been admitted to hospital without surgery or bowel preparation; (4) Residents living in Sichuan Province for more than 10 years; (5) Sign the informed consent form. 2. Inclusion criteria for healthy people: (1) Healthy people who have no family history of colorectal cancer according to routine physical examination; (2) Age (+/- 3 years old) and sex matched with colorectal cancer group; (3) No antibiotics, probiotics and other probiotics have been used in the past three months; (4) Residents living in Sichuan Province for more than 10 years; (5) Sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Exclusion criteria for colorectal cancer: (1) Previous colorectal surgery, inflammatory bowel disease and other gastrointestinal related diseases, chronic diseases such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, hypertension, obesity, diabetes, organ failure, etc.; (2) Have a family history of familial adenomatous polyposis or hereditary nonpolyposis colorectal cancer; (3) Apply micro-ecological agents such as antibiotics and probiotics within three months before collecting samples; (4) Patients undergoing preoperative radiotherapy and chemotherapy for colorectal cancer. 2. Exclusion criteria for healthy people: none.
