Blank control group:Blank control group, no resistance training

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-30 years; 2. Healthy young male college students; 3. No resistance training experience in the past year.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Exercise contraindications; 2. Skeletal muscle injury in the past six months.
