Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. ICU or HDU patients; 2. Over 18, under 90; 3. Awakened and able to cooperate; 4. Can provide informed consent and actively participate in training; 5. Glasgow >= 12 points; 6. FiO2 < 0.5; 7. MEWS < 3 points; 8. Ability to trigger spontaneous respiration during ventilation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient is unconscious or unable to cooperate; 2. Hemodynamic instability (i.e., systolic blood pressure>180 or130 times/min); 3. Severe arrhythmia; 4. Myocardial infarction and respiratory instability (oxygen saturation<88%); 5. Spinal cord injury above C5 seriously affects respiratory function; 6. Spinal scoliosis, flail chest, spinal internal fixation and other diseases that seriously damage the chest wall and rib movement; 7. Patients with severe sedation and respiratory muscle paralysis.
