18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Primary NSCLC confirmed by clinical endoscopy and pathology; 2. Patients who have completed lung cancer resection and are currently undergoing chemotherapy; 3. Age >= 18 years old; 4. FCRI-SF score > 13 (the clinical cutoff for FCR, indicating the presence of a moderate-to-severe level of FCR); 5. Karnofsky performance status (KPS) >= 60; 6. Knowing the diagnosis and voluntarily participating in the study; 7. Be aware and willing to share your thoughts.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with mental disorders or who are receiving treatment for mental health problems; 2. Personality disorder, intellectual disability, brain injury or brain disease; 3. Combined with malignant tumors of other organs; 4. Severe complications during or after operation or metastasis found by surgical resection; 5. Language communication disorder; 6. Patients with lung cancer metastasis; 7. Expected survival time less than 1 year (based on professional medical judgment); 8. Fracture or limb surgery; 9. Patients who have participated in other similar art interventions.
