Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with hemiplegia after stroke meet the diagnostic criteria for cerebrovascular disease formulated by the Chinese Medical Association in 2019, and all have imaging diagnosis basis for head CT or MRI; 2. The first onset, the course of the disease is within 2 weeks to 6 months; 3. Age 40-75 years old; 4. Those with a standing balance of level 1 and able to withstand standing for 15 minutes of training; 5. Brunnstrom stage >= III of the upper and lower limbs on the affected side; 6. Lower limb muscle tone = 21); 9. Patients and their families agree and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who have previous experience in eight dan jin practice; 2. Those with lower limb motor dysfunction before stroke; 3. Lower limb skin or muscle injury affecting surface electromyogram examination; 4. Those with contraindications related to fMRI (pacemaker, intracranial implantation, implantable drug pump or pregnancy, etc.); 5. Patients with important organ failure (heart, liver, kidney), autoimmune diseases, malignant tumors, etc. or unstable conditions; 6. Liver, kidney and other serious life-threatening diseases and psychiatric patients; 7. Those with severe cognitive or communication disabilities; 8. Those currently participating in other clinical trials.
