Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Non-high risk patients diagnosed with essential hypertension (Grade 1); 2. Between the ages of 18 and 60; 3. Patients could understand the content of informed consent, mental health and barrier-free communication; 4. Willing and able to cooperate with the life intervention of this study; 5. Have a smart phone, can take photos to upload food, and can use the "lifestyle intervention" mini program; 6. In this experiment, the patient's habitual eating time window at baseline was >=10h; 7. Have normal sleep time (usually 7-9 hours a day), sleep regularity;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with primary hypertension (Grade 1 high risk), patients with primary hypertension (grade 2 or above), patients with diabetes, patients with history of hypoglycemia, patients with chronic digestive diseases and other patients with possible hypoglycemia; 2. Patients who cannot change their work and life into a regular state and cannot cooperate with limited time; 3. Exclusion of secondary hypertension patients; 4. Patients with other severe acute diseases and chronic diseases such as cardiovascular system, respiratory system, urinary system, nervous system, bone and motor system, blood and immune system, endocrine system, eye, ear, nose and throat; 5. Patients with infectious diseases and infectious diseases that should not be included in the group; 6. Patients who do not have access to electronic systems to communicate with dietitians; 7. Pregnant women or those trying to become pregnant.
