Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Adult smokers (age >= 18 years) having at least two years of smoking history with more than 5 cigarettes daily were eligible for this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of major neurological disorders (e.g., brain tumor, seizure, dementia, Parkinsons disease, depression); 2. History of head trauma or surgery; 3. Take psychotropic drugs; 4. History of other substance addiction; 5. Contraindications of MRI examination.
