18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with knee injury: 1. Age 18-60; 2. Patients with knee joint soft tissue injury related diseases such as knee joint surgery, meniscus injury, knee joint ligament injury, knee arthritis; 3. Convalescence or sequelae, the course of disease is more than 6 weeks; 4. The vital signs are stable without serious complications; 5. The patient signed the informed consent form. Healthy people: 1. Age 18-80; 2. Age, sex and education level were matched with those of patients with knee pain; 3. No abnormal symptoms and signs; 4. No abnormal laboratory and imaging findings; 5. No abnormal past history; 6. Not addicted to alcohol and tobacco; 7. Those who sign the informed consent form and can complete the test according to the protocol.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Open fracture of limbs; 2. History of deep vein thrombosis, coagulation dysfunction; 3. Severe heart, lung, liver, kidney and other important organ failure; 4. Pregnancy; 5. Active infection; 6. Severe hypertension; 7. Peripheral circulation is damaged; 8. Diabetes; 9. Varicose veins; 10. Cancer patients; 11. Those suffering from acute muscle and joint injury, acute attack of rheumatoid arthritis, exudative synovitis and obvious pain; 12. Patients with joint instability, poor fracture healing, severe osteoporosis around the tested joint, acute joint or soft tissue swelling, severe pain, extremely limited range of motion, acute sprain, bone or joint tumor, and immediately after surgery.
