Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with pulmonary nodules requiring percutaneous lung biopsy, preoperative localization, or other reasons; 2. Agreed to participate in this study and voluntarily signed an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Unable to cooperate during percutaneous lung puncture; 2. Percutaneous lung biopsy with methylene blue before pulmonary nodule surgery (these patients do not need precise puncture); 3. Multiple pulmonary nodules with simultaneous percutaneous puncture; 4. Patients with coagulation dysfunction; 5. There are high risk factors such as severe emphysema and pulmonary bullae at the lung puncture point, which can easily lead to pneumothorax after puncture.
