60 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Cardiac patients undergoing elective thoracotomy; 2. Age >= 60 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who were absolutely bedridden before surgery and could not cooperate to complete the asthenia assessment; 2. Patients with difficulty in preoperative communication; 3. Patients with severe hepatic and renal insufficiency before operation; 4. Incomplete data; 5. Refuse to follow up patients or cannot be contacted by phone.
