Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age <= 3 years, American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status I-III; 2. The child underwent thoracic surgery; 3. Informed consent was obtained from the family members.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Renal insufficiency; 2. Cardiac insufficiency (NYHA class III, IV); 3. Abnormal preoperative pulmonary function (forced expiratory volume in 1 second < 50%).
