Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects who underwent surgical procedures in the AICU of our hospital from December 2022 to December 2023; 2. Aged > 18 years old; 3. They or their family members provided informed consent to participate in this study and signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who refused to participate in the experiment and did not sign the informed consent form; 2. The subjects had severe diseases of heart, lung, liver, brain, kidney and other important organ systems before the onset of sepsis, which may affect the evaluation of organ system function; 3. Severe hematopoietic diseases before the onset; 4. History of severe mental illness; 5. Withdrawing from the study.
