Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Right-handed; 2. Smoking an average of 10 cigarettes (half a pack of cigarettes) per day; 3. Smoking for at least 1 year; 4. Use CO instrument to detect whether it is 10-7ppm or lower; 5. Between 18 and 40 years old; 6. Having normal vision or corrected to normal vision; 7. Normal and healthy mental and physical status (PHQ-9 total score < 20, GAD-7 total score < 11); 8. Met the diagnostic criteria for tobacco use disorder in the DSM-5 (through clinical semi-structured interviews);
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with asthma, contact dermatitis and allergy to silicone gel; 2. Those who have taken steroids in the past 3 months; 3. Practice any meditation practice or yoga, tai chi or qigong for more than 20 hours in the past year or lifetime, attend a meditation or yoga retreat, and attend any meditation course; 4. Not suitable for electroencephalography (such as metal implants and severe cranial injuries); 5. Total score of PHQ-9 >= 20; 6. GAD-7 total score >= 11; 7. Advocating specific religious beliefs, which makes it impossible to meditate according to the needs of the course; 8. Currently participating in similar or other neurophysiological trials.
