Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 65 years; 2. Patients who plan to receive elective abdominal surgery and the operation is expected to last more than two hours, hospital stay after operation is greater than or equal to five days; 3. Patients who plan to receive general anesthesia.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The score of preoperative MMSE is less than or equal to 23 points; 2. Severe organ failure (such as heart failure,hepatic failure or kidney); 3. Neurovascular disease with obvious neurological, psychiatric or clinical manifestations or preoperative cognitive dysfunction; 4. Sedatives, psychotropic drugs or hormones are being used; 5. Alcohol and drug abuse; 6. Illiteracy, color blindness, barriers to reading, listening, writing and communication, leading to difficulties in follow-up or poor compliance; 7. Poorly controlled hypertension, diabetes or autoimmune diseases; 8. Patients who have been selected into this study before; 9. The researcher judged that the follow-up visit could not be accepted.
