Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. A high level of academic achievement in the field of emergency medicine or surgery research; 2. Bachelor degree or above; 3. Technical title in associate senior or above; 4. Engaged in clinical nursing, nursing management work >= 10 years; 5. Voluntary participation in this study, able to actively participate in the subject of expert consultation and continuous communication in the follow-up consultation process.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The main occupation of nursing teachers in colleges and universities, and engaged in nursing, nursing management work less than 6 months per year.
