Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 13-17 years; 2. Primary diagnosis of any DSM-5 anxiety disorder and/or depressive diagnosis by a child psychiatrist, who with a title of attending physician or above; 3. No medication or stable medication, which means taking equivalent dose for at least 4 weeks before baseline assessment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with bipolar disorder, psychotic disorders, brain organic disorder, autism spectrum disorder, mental retardation or substance abuse; 2. High risk of suicide; 3. Have received systematic cognitive behavior therapy previously; 4. Vision or hearing impairment.
