Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Permanent residents who have resided locally for at least 6 months; 2. No meditation experience(have not participated in any form of eight-week mindfulness training or short-term intensive mindfulness training); 3. Single birth primipara 16 ~ 32 weeks pregnant (Gestational age was measured according to the last menstrual period) without serious complications or complications during pregnancy; 4. Have good independent living ability, can normally participate in the course; 5. Establish a registry and file in the target hospital, and plan prenatal examination, in-hospital delivery and post-natal review in the hospital; 6. Informed consent, and join the wechat group, voluntarily cooperate to complete all the investigation content, and guarantee to comply with the relevant requirements of the wechat group management measures; 7. With High school education or above, with Chinese reading, writing and understanding ability.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Currently suffering from severe mental illness (including schizophrenia, mania, major depression, anxiety disorder and other psychotic disorders) or intellectual disability, difficulty in understanding the questionnaire and inability to complete it; 2. With a history of recurrent abortion, preterm birth or epilepsy; 3. With a severe thyroid dysfunction(Thyroid function remains abnormal after taking Euthyroxine); 4. With severe diabetes(Pregnant women with poor dietary control who are taking insulin therapy); 5. Ongoing psychotherapy, including any individual or group psychotherapy; taking psychotropic medications or intend to undergo any kind of psychological intervention during the course intervention.
