Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The age of subjects should be 60 years old and above; 2. The relevant information of the subjects meet the AWGS diagnostic criteria for sarcopenia, including the relative skeletal muscle mass index was < 7.0 kg/m2 in males and < 5.7 kg/m2 in females, Grip strength < 28 kg for male and < 18 kg for female, 6m pace < 1.0 m/s; 3. With certain communication and cognitive abilities, they should participate in the study voluntarily and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects have mental or cognitive impairment; 2. Suffering from serious diseases (such as diabetes with serious complications, serious heart disease, liver and kidney insufficiency, infectious diseases, acute onset of chronic diseases, etc); 3. Those who have taken articles related to the test object or other factors that may affect the test results in the past 3 months; 4. Those who did not eat the tested samples according to the regulations, and could not determine the efficacy or the data affected the efficacy.
