Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients older than 18 years of age with at least two vascular beds for the diagnosis of atherosclerotic disease, clinical data and biological samples available, signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Primary pulmonary hypertension or severe lung disease; congenital heart disease; rheumatic heart disease; severe heart failure; heart transplantation; other organ transplantation; pregnant or lactating women, or preparing to become pregnant during the study period; progressive fatal disease; history of alcoholism or drug abuse; mental illness receiving treatment; cancer chemoradiotherapy patients; acute and chronic infectious diseases patients; expected survival of less than 3 years.
