Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Women diagnosed with fetal abnormalities; 2. Depression screening was positive (EPDS>9); 3. Be able to communicate fluently in Mandarin; 4. Have access to and be able to independently perform APP operations; 5. Understand, willing and able to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Choose to continue the pregnancy; 2. Have serious life-threatening complications (including heart failure, eclampsia, severe preeclampsia, haemorrhagia, etc.); 3. People with serious mental illness (suicidal tendency or serious mental illness diagnosed by a psychiatrist); 4. Women with induced fetal anomalies who are participating or have participated in psychological intervention or counseling within six months; 5. Women with fetal abnormality induction who are using or have used relevant APPs in the past.
