Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with end-stage renal disease; 2. Age 18-65 years old; 3. Have been on regular dialysis for not less than 3 months, 3 times a week, 4 hours each time; 4. The patient's vital signs are basically stable and in good condition, and the expected survival period is more than 2 years; 5. Dialysis using arteriovenous fistula; 6. cTNI >= 0.034 µg/L; 7. In line with the principles of medical ethics, patients and their families voluntarily signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Autar deep vein thrombosis risk assessment scale score >= 7 points; 2. Patients with severe hypertension (poor blood pressure control, systolic blood pressure > 160mmHg); 3. Patients with severe swelling of lower extremity muscles or joints, limb movement disorders, and inability to tolerate ischemic preconditioning intervention; 4. Patients with severe infection or acute cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases within the past 6 months; 5. Uncontrolled infection and unexplained fever and vasculitis, Raynaud's disease, diabetic foot, capillary fragility, multiple peripheral neuropathy; 6. Coagulation dysfunction or active visceral hemorrhage and malignant tumor; 7. Consciousness disorder, mentally ill patients; 8. Patients who plan to go out in the near future and cannot continue to receive dialysis in the hemodialysis room.
