Gold Standard:The gold standard of colorectal polyps is histopathological diagnosis. Neoplastic polyps: Tubular adenoma, villous adenoma, tubular villous adenoma, conventional serrated adenoma, dessil
Index test:Artificial Intelligence: medical image processing software for digestive endoscopy. Neoplastic polyps are shown as blue boxes, while non-neoplastic polyps are shown as white boxes.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients >= 18 years of age who underwent colonoscopy due to physical examination, symptom screening and postoperative review of colorectal polyps and found >= 1 colorectal polyp; 2. Sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Biopsy and polypectomy are contraindicated, such as abnormal coagulation function or non-withdrawal of blood activating anticoagulant drugs, no pathological diagnosis can be obtained; 2. Poor colorectal preparation, local BBPS score < 2 points or total score < 6 points; 3. There are known colorectal diseases such as polyposis syndrome and inflammatory bowel disease.
