Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who plan to undergo thyroid surgery; 2. The patient is 18-60 years old; 3. ASA is graded I-II.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. BMI27 kg/m2; 2. Patients with preoperative swallowing disfunction; 3. People with chronic laryngitis; 4. Patients with abnormal coagulation function; 5. Patients with preoperative puncture infection; 6. History of head and neck surgery; 7. Patients with preoperative respiratory insufficiency, diaphragmatic nerve paralysis, and recurrent laryngeal nerve paralysis; 8. Patients with allergies such as general anaesthesia, ropakain, dexamethasone, etc.; 9. Patients who refuse to sign the relevant informed consent form and are unwilling to participate in the trial.
