Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Healthy subjects, male or female; 2. Individuals who are 18 to 35 (including 18 and 35) years old, have the capacity to act independently, and provide the signed informed consent; 3. Negative for HIV1/2, HBV, HCV, HTLV1/2, HEBV, HCMV, TP, B19, HAV, HHV6/7/8 antibody (or antigen) or nucleic acid tests; 4. Negative for COVID-19 nucleic acid test; 5. The counts of red blood cells, white blood cells, and platelets are normal; 6. Normal liver function (3 items: ALT, AST, serum total bilirubin); 7. Normal renal function (4 items: urea, creatinine, uric acid); 8. Normal level of serum tumor markers (9 items: AFP, CEA, CA19-9, CA125, CA15-3, SCC, CYK-19/CYFRA21-1, ProGRP, NSE); 9. Normal blood lipids level (4 items: TC, TG, HDL-C, LDL-C); 10. Normal blood glucose level (2 items: Fasting glucose, glycated hemoglobin); 11. Normal karyotype of the peripheral blood cells.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Women under pregnancy or breastfeeding; 2. With clinically abnormalities in physical examination, electrocardiography, laboratory tests, and vital signs; 3. Has family history of inherited disease; 4. Has been diagnosed with cancer; 5. Has been diagnosed with disorders in cardiovascular, endocrine, urinary, neurologic, respiratory, blood, immune (including personal or inherited immunodeficiency), psychiatric, metabolic system; and now still has the clinically relevant abnormalities; 6. Has a history of tuberculosis infection; 7. With Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease, or their family members has a history of Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease; 8. With infectious diseases; 9. With parasitic disease; 10. Long-term use of corticosteroids, immunosuppressants, sedation, psychotropic drugs. Or drug dependence, alcohol dependence, or substance abuse, no matter previous or current; 11. Recipients of allogeneic tissue or organ transplantation; 12. Received surgery for removal of major organs (such as stomach, kidney, and spleen); 13. Have been vaccinated with rabies vaccine or hepatitis B immune globulin within 1 year before the trial, or other vaccines within 1 month; 14. Those who cannot tolerate venipuncture or have a history of blood sickness or needle sickness; 15. Not suitable to participate the trial according to the investigator's judgment.
