Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing hemodialysis with arteriovenous fistula; 2. Regular dialysis 3 times a week, the condition is relatively stable; 3. At least 18 years old; 4. Clear consciousness, able to communicate normally; 5. Sign informed consent and participate in the study voluntarily.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe complications, such as heart failure, respiratory failure, severe infection, etc.; 2. Patients undergoing dialysis due to acute kidney injury, poisoning and other non-chronic renal failure; 3. Patients who died, were transferred, were transferred to peritoneal dialysis or renal transplantation during the study period.
