Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. From 2019 to 2024, residents who have received standardized training in the Anesthesia Department of Shanghai First People's Hospital; 2. From 2019 to 2024, he participated in the CPR training held by the Department of Anesthesia, Shanghai First People's Hospital.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Standardized training for residents of non-Chinese nationality; 2. Continuing residency; 3. Students who are judged by the researcher as unsuitable for the study.
