Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Children born from IVF/ICSI; 2. Singleton's birth; 3. Children aged 4-6 years old.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Receiving pregnancy reduction operation; 2. Receiving preimplantation embryo genetic screening (PGT); 3. Either parent has abnormal chromosome structure or number; 4. The offspring died after birth; 5. Information on important cases missed; 6. Refuse to participate in this study; 7. Patients who are participating in other clinical studies; 8. Other reasons are not considered appropriate for clinical investigators.
