Eligibility

Sex/Gender
Male

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Histological diagnosis of melanoma; 2. With multiple liver metastasis; 3. Received cryoablation of liver metastases within one week of PD-1 blockade therapy; 4. Performance score 0 or 1 based on the Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group (ECOG) Performance Scale; 5. No active or a documented history of autoimmune disease; 6. Life expectancy more than three months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Received PD-1 blockade therapy before identification of liver metastases; 2. With other malignancies.
