Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 18 years; 2. No central nervous system and mental disorders; 3. No history of drug or alcohol dependence; 4. No contraindications for TMS and fNIRS; 5. Participate voluntarily and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Any neurological diseases; 2. History of epilepsy; 3. No serious mental or physical illness; 4. Had TMS adverse reactions; 5. Take drugs that affect cortical excitability; 6. Pregnancy; 7. History of lower extremity surgery; 8. Failure to induce a response to TMS in the anterior tibial muscle; 9. Poor compliance or inability to cooperate with the test.
