Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Male and female, aged >= 18 years old; 2. Patients who need bronchoscopy or bronchoalveolar lavage under local anesthesia; 3. Patients who participate in the study voluntarily and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Contraindications of bronchoscopy: myocardial infarction within 1 month; active massive hemoptysis; coagulation dysfunction; pregnancy; malignant arrhythmia, severe cardiac insufficiency, systemic failure, etc.; 2. Known to be allergic to lidocaine; 3. Unable to read or understand Mandarin, or unable to understand and complete questionnaires in the study; 4. Conditions where investigators assessed the patient as ineligible for inclusion in the study.
