Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 65 years; 2. Patients undergoing elective non-cardiac and non-extrajudicial general anesthesia surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who cannot communicate due to language barriers, deafness, blindness and other reasons; 2. Estimated length of hospital stay < 3 days; 3. Patients with preoperative delirium; 4. History of schizophrenia and mental illness before surgery; 5. The subject refused to participate and refused to sign the informed consent form.
