15 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Intracranial MRI examination confirmed internal auditory canal occupation; 2. Unilateral internal auditory tract occupying/acoustic neuroma; 3. Aged 15-70 years; 4. Patients without functional hearing had PTA > 50 dB nHL, speech recognition rate 2.5cm.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Refuse to participate in the program or fail to complete follow-up; 2. Patients with neurofibromatosis II (NF2), namely bilateral acoustic neuroma; 3. Had undergone surgery or radiotherapy; 4. Previous craniocerebral operations; 5. Non-acoustic neuroma patients with intraoperative or postoperative pathological diagnosis.
