Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patient inclusion criteria: 1. Inpatient or outpatient patients; 2. 18-60 years old; 3. Those who meet the DSM-5 diagnostic criteria for depression with or without depression and have not taken psychotropic drugs in the past 2 weeks; 4. Baseline Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD-24) score >= 20 points; 5. The informed consent is signed by the patient himself or his legal guardian. Inclusion criteria of healthy control group: 1. Healthy subjects matched with the patient group in gender, age and education were selected, HAMD-24 assessment < 8 points; 2. No history of serious heart, brain or kidney disease; 3. No history of alcohol and drug abuse; 4. No family history of mental illness; 5. I or his legal guardian sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria for patient group: 1. A family history of other mental diseases, organic brain diseases and endocrine diseases; 2. Severe heart, liver and kidney dysfunction; 3. Pregnancy and nursing women; 4. History of alcohol and drug dependence; 5. A history of manic or hypomanic episodes. Exclusion criteria of healthy control group: 1. A family history of mental illness, other organic brain diseases and endocrine diseases; 2. Severe heart, liver and kidney dysfunction; 3. Pregnancy and nursing women; 4. History of alcohol and drug dependence.
