Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Full-time nursing undergraduate interns recruited by the state, with a four-year undergraduate education system, have completed relevant theoretical courses in school; 2. Didn't independently undertake clinical nursing work before internship; 3. Informed consent and voluntary participation in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. People with past and present mental illness and consciousness disorder; 2. The internship was terminated due to sick leave, personal leave and other reasons during the internship.
