Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Elderly patients with asthenia who were selected for laparoscopic surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative cognitive dysfunction; 2. Chronic pain, long-term use of analgesic or sedative drugs; 3. People with eye disease.
