Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Eligibility age: 18-75 years old; 2. Preoperative MRI and CT confirmed lumbar intervertebral disc herniation with posterior or lateral posterior protrusion; 3. Accompanied by hip pain and discomfort or radiating pain in the lower extremities; 4. After 3 months of formal conservative treatment, the symptoms did not significantly relieve or even worsen; 5. No absolute surgical contraindications; 6. Cooperate with and complete the treatment; 7. Informed consent of patients.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant or lactating patients should be screened for high ß-HCG; 2. Patients with a history of lumbar surgery; 3. Congenital spinal stenosis or lumbar deformity; 4. Patients with infection and tumor; 5. Patients who fail to follow up as required by the protocol, or who are considered by the investigator to be at increased risk of participating in the study; 6. The expected survival time is less than 1 year; 7. Those who plan to emigrate or have language and communication disabilities within one year; 8. Other serious physical or mental diseases are not suitable for surgery; 9. Patients in other clinical trials; 10. Patients with rheumatic immune diseases that may cause similar symptoms; 11. Special examinations such as MRI and CT enhancement are not suitable.
