Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Stable patients meeting the diagnostic criteria defined in Global Initiative for Chronic Obstructive Lung Disease (GOLD 2021), with FEV1/FVC < 70%, GOLD grade 1-3. 2. Aged 50-80 years; 3. capable of understanding the trial and providing responses about the outcome evaluation 4. agree to participant in this trial

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. diagnosed with asthma, bronchiectasis, cystic fibrosis, tuberculosis, lung cancer or other known causes and airflow limitation with characteristic pathological manifestations 2. major medical or physical conditions determined by doctors to prevent exercise, including serious acute or chronic organic diseases of cardiovascular, hepatic, renal, cerebrovascular and hematopoietic systems, recent stroke, psychiatric disease, active cancer, women during pregnancy and lactation,unable to cooperate due to abnormal mental, intellectual or thinking. 3. having participated in other exercise training or clinical trials.
